Mailbox Art

On Los Pueblos Street on Barranca Mesa in Los Alamos, many of the mailboxes are topped with metal art depicting animals, people, or mythological creatures. It’s well worth a stroll through the neighborhood to see.

The artwork was created by local artist, Richard Swenson. His art is also displayed at the Nature Center, the Aquatic Center, and the White Rock Visitor Center.
